At Hindmart, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Return & No Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products once they are delivered, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged/Defective Items)
We offer exchange only in case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
If you face such an issue, you must inform us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
To raise a request, please email us at support@hindmart.shop with:
- Clear images of the product
- Images of the packaging
- Order details
Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will proceed with the exchange process.
Exchange Process
If the issue is verified:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
- A ₹99 reverse shipping fee will be deducted
- After successful pickup and inspection, a replacement product will be shipped
Important Notes
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Products must be unused and in original packaging for claims
- We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions
