Hindmart Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Hindmart, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products once they are delivered, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.


Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged/Defective Items)

We offer exchange only in case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

If you face such an issue, you must inform us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, please email us at support@hindmart.shop with:

  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of the packaging
  • Order details

Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we will proceed with the exchange process.


Exchange Process

If the issue is verified:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
  • A ₹99 reverse shipping fee will be deducted
  • After successful pickup and inspection, a replacement product will be shipped

Important Notes

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging for claims
  • We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions
